Blue Lagoon is very exotic place especially for tourists who come from tropical areas or countries. The weather in Iceland is extremely cool but it has a beautiful panorama as if we are in another planet.
Blue Lagoon is surrounded by high hills, deep valleys, pastures, water resources, and other beautiful things that create a wonderful landscape in Iceland. The panorama is like a panting masterpiece that dominated by brown, green, blue and white colors.
It is the first stop for many tourists who landed in Iceland as the location is not far from the Keflavik Airport.

Blue Lagoon itself actually is geothermal spa water that comes from “waste” of geothermal power plant near the Iceland.

While inside we can walk around and feel the soft particles scrub our legs. It is a natural scrub ever we can get. Some of them use the mud for mask as the silica mud can treat skin problems including psoriasis.
Besides, we can see the artificial waterfalls where we can stand under it. We also can order some drinks from the bar that situated on the middle of the place.
Another place that usually visited nearby is Golden Circle. Golden Circle is about 300 km starts from Reykjavik to the middle of Iceland. It will take about 8-9 hours trip. During the trip we can enjoy the magnificent panorama of Iceland.
Iceland also has another geothermal area called Haukadalur. Haukadalur consists of springs and geysers and it has a big outburst. One of the strongest outbursts is in Strokkur geyser with the height of 30 meter and happens at every 5 minutes.
